Factors that have favoured this inclusion are:-marriages to older age. -Planning of motherhood. -Independence of women in the field of the couple. -Increase in personal services, as they may be, the children&#8217;s schools. -Increase of household consumption. -Longer life expectancy. </p>
<p>These changes impact on a greater availability of time by women and their economic independence. -Changes in the labour market: the progressive diversification of the labour market and the increasingly more vital role specialization in order to cover certain needs are decisive factors in the access of women in the workplace. The transformations that are taking place are derived from the following consequences:-women has demonstrated its ability even though you have not seized in a very high percentage. -Female professional competence has increased. -There is an acceptance of women as professional not only in unskilled jobs. While women are better prepared every day, in practice, their access to the domes of corporate governance continues to be very difficult. <p>Our task is also to bring more spirituality true happiness to all beings and the world. The society is obscured by materialism and hedonism. The perennial philosophy is timeless. It is not conditioned by the cultures, traditions and beliefs. It is based on the pursuit of ultimate reality and its values and is needed to fill the void of spiritual foundation that suffers from our culture. The educators holistas we must discover our own identity in being before teaching, as the place from which is taught is definitive for the student in a spontaneous way can be placed in a contemplative zone of consciousness. Contemplation of the values is expressed in an education and real behavior. </p>
<p>To the extent that we can learn the process of contemplation will be opening human consciousness to consciousness more and deeper levels. Be easy or hard is irrelevant.
